Overview of Terms

  • Acceptance of these Terms of Service is indicated and agreed to by the execution of the Known Collective online registration form.
  • A subscription to Known Collective is made available to you free of charge due to donations from mentors, mentees, churches, and other supporters.
  • At Known Collective, we absolutely, without a doubt, respect your privacy. Any information, in its entirety, that is collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and we will not sell it, loan it, rent it or otherwise disclose it. Any information that you provide, we will keep to ourselves and will not be used in ways you have not consented to.

Full Terms of Service

Access to and use of Known Collective is provided by the Radical Mentoring Foundation and is subject to the following terms:

  • By using the Known Collective program, you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately upon your agreement and creation of a Known Collective subscription.
  • Known Collective may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Known Collective. Your continued use of Known Collective after these changes are posted means you agree to be bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

Use of Known Collective Content and Materials

  • Use of the Known Collective is for personal and limited use only. You may not copy, reproduce, download, post, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise use Known Collective’s content/materials in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. As a subscriber to Known Collective, you may copy the content/materials for use with your own mentoring small group, unless it violates unless it violates other laws regarding copyright. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Known Collective content unless it is for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of Known Collective content requires the prior written permission of Known Collective and the Radical Mentoring Foundation.
  • You agree to use Known Collective content/materials only for lawful purposes.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • Known Collective materials and content, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos, and icons regarding or relating to Known Collective, its products and services (or to third-party products and services), is provided “AS-IS” and on an “IS-AVAILABLE” basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether expressed or implied by law), including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
  • Known Collective will not be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, or any damages arising from use or loss of use, data or profits, whether in contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising from or in connection with the use of Known Collective content or materials.
  • Known Collective does not warrant that functions contained in Known Collective’s content and materials will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that Known Collective content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.
  • You have read and agreed to the moral code through your acceptance of the Mentor Covenant. Any single discrepancy therein voids this Covenant in the name of Known Collective.
  • You release Known Collective from liability and acknowledge that beyond the content and materials protected by copyright contained herein, Known Collective has no responsibility for nor does it contribute to nor does it support your actions post-payment (for any individual mentors)—Personally or involving materials.
  • You agree not use Known Collective content or materials or use Known Collective, in general, for wrongful actions and plans. Known Collective gives mentors the material, but Known Collective is not responsible for monitoring the mentors regarding how they use the materials.

Intellectual Property

  • The names, images, logos and the full suite of promotional materials identifying Known Collective or third parties and their products or services are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks of Known Collective and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of Known Collective or any other third party.

General

  • If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on Known Collective’s site then the latter shall prevail.
  • If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.

Kristen Brady

As Director of Women’s Mentoring at Radical Mentoring, Kristen Brady provides leadership and execution for our women’s mentoring platform, Known Collective. Her passion for mentoring stems from a belief in the life change that occurs when people sit toe-to-toe and share their stories, letting others know who they really are and encouraging them to do the same.

Before joining the Radical Mentoring team, Kristen served in leadership roles at Lighthouse Family Retreat, The reThink Group, and on church staff.

Born and raised in Dunwoody, GA, she is married to her husband of 24 years, Bruce, and is Mom to Tucker, Claire, Jack, Ellie. In the Brady house, family dinners are a priority, which usually leads to a lot of laughter. When not laughing with her crazy crew, Kristen enjoys talking with friends and running through her South Forsyth community, where she does her best thinking and dreaming.

Jay Mowchenko

Jay Mowchenko has spoken and taught in a variety of settings, including numerous pastoral leadership roles, most recently as Lead Pastor of Weyburn Free Methodist Church. His passion for developing people led him to start Shalom Leadership, a consulting/coaching business focused on multiplying life-giving leaders. He’s led five Radical Mentoring groups, having personally invested in 30 men and indirectly, in their marriages and families. He’s also Radical Mentoring’s point person in Canada, guiding churches and leaders on how to launch small group mentoring programs.

Jay and his wife Marilou have two adult children, Keisha and Joshua. When he’s relaxing and having fun, Jay loves staying physically active, as well as reading fantasy and sci-fi novels and playing board games.

Kevin Harris

As President of Radical Mentoring, Kevin Harris sets the vision and strategy. He also serves as an evangelist to new audiences and an invaluable resource to churches who have incorporated small group mentoring into their disciple-making strategy.

As a part of Regi Campbell’s 2nd Radical Mentoring group in 2002, Kevin experienced a radical change as a husband, father, and Jesus-follower, leading him to craft the purpose statement that has guided him since . . . “I exist to glorify God by helping others unlock and apply their God-given talents and strengths.”

Kevin grew up in Durham, NC and attended Furman University before moving to Atlanta. Before joining Radical Mentoring, he led a sales team at Wells Real Estate Funds and served in sales positions at CNL and Atlas Energy. He and his wife Susan have two boys, Thomas and Bo. Kevin enjoys coaching his sons, cooking a good meal, reading a good book, and watching a good game.

Trey Brush

Trey Brush exists to glorify God by coaching, serving, and encouraging others to live up to their leadership potential, in life, and as Jesus-followers.

As Radical Mentoring’s Manager of Church Relationships, Trey Brush is on the frontlines of interacting and working with the hundreds of churches exploring the small group mentoring or in the process of launching.

Originally from the Atlanta area, Trey was raised in the shadow of Stone Mountain. Before joining Radical Mentoring in 2017, Trey was the Events Manager for Connect Ministries and a part of the Leadercast team at Giant Impact. He is passionate about the local church, specifically about the impact churches can have on the local community when their men are fully engaged.

When not working or hanging out with his wife and family, you will probably find Trey out on the roads running. Trey, his wife, and their two boys currently live in Jefferson, GA.

Jackson Beetler

As Radical Mentoring’s Media & Marketing Manager, Jackson Beetler develops or works with our team and creative partners to develop much of what you see from Radical Mentoring . . . website, emails, blogs, social media, mentoring content, you name it!

Jackson began working for Radical Mentoring in 2014 after graduating from the University of Georgia. Originally from Marietta, GA, he currently lives in Atlanta, GA. When not operating as Radical Mentoring’s digital wizard, you’ll probably find Jackson watching a movie, cooking a meal, or enjoying time with his family and friends, preferably over a cup of coffee (but don’t ask him to go to Starbucks!)

Regi Campbell

Regi Campbell was an entrepreneur, author, and mentor. He was involved in founding 15 companies and served as CEO four times. He wrote four books: About My Father’s Business, Mentor Like Jesus, What Radical Husbands Do, and Radical Wisdom.

But Regi’s passion and calling was mentoring younger men to become all-in Jesus-followers. Through his 19 mentoring groups, he personally invested in 155 men and indirectly, in their marriages and families. The success of his mentoring groups led Regi to found Radical Mentoring to equip and engage men and their churches in launching intentional men’s small group mentoring. Through the investments of those churches and mentors, over 11,000 men have been mentored.

Regi was married to Miriam for 50 years. Their two adult children are happily married (with five grandkids between them) and live only a couple of hours away. Regi went home to be his Heavenly Father on January 24, 2020.
